Although we believe a 2nd photographer adds very little to the quality of your wedding photos and is not worth the added expense, some brides insist.

A second photographer enables us to be in two places at one time but this is very rarely needed. At best, you can expect to receive about a dozen or so "different"photos than you would have received anyway.

Some photo studios push this as a necessary option, but having been in this business for over 30 years, we can assure you it is not. A good wedding photographer is going to get you 98% of the photos that a two-man team would get.

Some studios use this as a method of getting the bride to pay a few more hundred dollars for the second photographer but what they are really giving you is a trainee or an assistant photographer. A studio that sends out a second "true" professional photographer to your wedding has just lost the ability to shoot an additional wedding that day. Therefore they must charge close to double what they normally charge.

We will gladly take your money if you want two photographers but we recommend that you look through our "online" wedding photos and ask yourself, "What was missed that a second photographer would have shot." If you come up with anything ask yourself, "Is it worth the extra cost."
